How Nexobiz handles the personal information you share with us.
Who we are
This website is operated by Nexobiz Corporate Services Provider LLC, a company licensed in Dubai under Commercial Licence No. 1248000, issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
What we collect
When you contact us through this website, WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, your contact details and information about your business needs. If you apply for a role, we also receive your CV.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare estimates and proposals, deliver the services you ask for, and consider job applications. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
To deliver a service you have asked for, we may share the necessary details with government authorities, free zone authorities, banks and other parties involved in that service. We share only what the service requires.
This website
When you send the consultation form, the cost calculator or a job application, the details you enter are saved in our secure database so our team can respond. If you attach a CV, it is kept in private storage that only authorised Nexobiz staff can open; it is never public. The forms can also prepare a WhatsApp or email message for you to send us. The site remembers your calculator choices in your own browser so they carry between pages. We do not use advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry or deliver your services, and for as long as UAE law requires. Job applications and CVs are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless you were hired or asked us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@nexobiz.ae.
